HOW TO BUY GIFT CARDS

It's easy to buy a gift card with us. Here's how:

  • Select the amount you want the gift card to be worth.
  • Enter the "to" and "from" fields as you want them to appear on the gift card. (optional)
  • Enter the recipient's email address, or your own email address if you want to give the gift card personally.
  • Write a short message to the recipient. (optional)
  • Click the "Add to Cart" button

Once the payment is approved, an email will be sent to both you as the giver and the recipient of the gift card.

The email will contain a link where the recipient of the gift card can view and print the gift card.

Use gift cards:
Gift cards from the online store are sent as an email to the recipient. When he or she shops in the online store, the gift card code is entered at checkout, and the amount on the gift card is deducted from the final amount. Gift cards can be used as part payment, and multiple gift cards can also be used on the same order. If you shop for more than the remaining balance on the gift card, you can pay the remaining amount with available payment methods.

You can use a gift card multiple times if you do not spend the entire balance at once. You will be able to see the balance on the gift card at any time at checkout.

Validity:
 The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation period:

According to the Danish Withdrawal Period Act, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving the goods.

How to cancel a purchase

If you regret your purchase, you have a 14-day cancellation period.
Send us an email with your gift card number and that you are canceling your purchase. The entire transaction will be reversed and the money will be returned to your card at the same time as the gift card is destroyed.
