Instructions for use:

Mixing ratio: Dissolve 50g Chemclean in 5 litres of water for manual cleaning (scrubbing). 50g per 20 litres of water for soaking. Dosage can be increased up to 5% depending on soiling conditions.
Remove as much loose dirt as possible by rinsing equipment and containers before cleaning.

Manual cleaning: Scrub all surfaces with the cleaner until all surfaces are clean.
Circulation cleaning: Use 50g per 20 litres of water for fermentation vessels, barrels, tanks and other equipment. Circulate for 30 minutes at up to 60°C. Mixing ratio and circulation time may need to be adjusted depending on the amount of dirt.
Soaking: Ensure all equipment to be cleaned is fully submerged. Soak for 4 hours at up to 60°C, or soak in cold water overnight. Rinse equipment thoroughly after cleaning. Solution can be reused during the cleaning process. Do not use on Teflon-coated surfaces.

Precautions – Harmful if swallowed. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. May irritate respiratory system. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapours/spray. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
In case of eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
If swallowed: Call a poison control center/doctor/if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting.
In case of skin (or hair) contact: Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
If inhaled: Move person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
