Pipeline Professional Beer Line Cleaner

Stronger version of Chemisphere UK's concentrated, classic and original alkaline Pipeline Purple Beer Line Cleaner, designed for cleaning tap lines. Recommended for professional use.
Pipeline is specially designed to break down contaminants such as yeast, proteins and sugar in the bottling line.

Pipeline is run through the tap line and works in the ingenious way that it changes color when the hose is dirty, and you know it is clean when the liquid has turned a stable purple color. It is safe to use on all types of hose materials, pipes, meters, pumps, beer engines, taps and connections when used as directed. Does not contain caustic soda.

Instructions for use:

Mixing ratio: Dissolve in water 2.5% (250ml to 10 liters of water)

Cleaning: Turn off any inline coolers. Mix the cleaning solution in a plastic or stainless steel container and pump the solution through the drain line into a white bucket until the solution appears purple. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes, then continue draining the discolored fluid until purple color is visible. Repeat the process until the purple color is stable throughout the drain system.

Rinse: Pump fresh cold water through to flush out all the purple liquid, followed by another quart of water. Verify the purity of this water using Pipeline Rinse Water Test Papers: Dip the paper under running water. If there is any trace of Pipeline in the water, the test paper will turn purple. If the paper remains pink, no cleaning solution remains and the rinse is complete.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do - continue rinsing. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. Get immediate medical advice/attention.
IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
