Pipeline Purple Professional 100g Beer Line Cleaning Powder

Powder version of Chemisphere UK's concentrated, classic and original alkaline Pipeline Professional , designed for cleaning pipe lines. The powder is dissolved in water for a ready-mixed cleaner.

100g = 10 liters ready mixed .

Pipeline is specially designed to break down contaminants such as yeast, proteins and sugar in the bottling line.

Pipeline is run through the tap line and works in the ingenious way that it changes color when the hose is dirty, and you know it is clean when the liquid has turned a stable purple color. It is safe to use on all types of hose materials, pipes, meters, pumps, beer engines, taps and connections when used as directed. Does not contain caustic soda.

Instructions for use:

Mixing ratio: Each bag contains a pre-measured amount that produces 10 litres of cleaning solution for use in regular cleaning routines. It is extremely effective on bottling plants that may be heavily soiled or have been neglected.

Cleaning: Turn off any inline coolers. Mix the cleaning solution in a plastic or stainless steel container, with cold or warm water (max 40°C). IMPORTANT: Fill the container with at least 1 litre of water per 100g bag before adding. Keep the water running and sprinkle in the powder carefully. Once the powder is completely dissolved, pump the solution through the drain line and out into a white bucket, until the appearance of the solution is purple. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes, then continue draining the discoloured liquid until purple colour is visible. Repeat the process until the purple colour is stable throughout the drain system.

Rinse: Pump fresh cold water through to flush out all the purple liquid, followed by another quart of water. Verify the purity of this water using the Pipeline Rinse Water Test Papers: Dip the paper under the running water. If there is any trace of Pipeline Purple Professional Beer Line Cleaning Powder in the water, the test paper will turn purple. If the paper remains pink, no cleaning solution remains and the rinse is complete.
