This compact, high-quality regulator allows precise pressure adjustments between 0-45 PSI (0-3.1 bar), providing higher pressures than standard CO2 regulators. Perfect for achieving the ideal creamy texture in stouts and porters, similar to the iconic Guinness pour at 2-2.4 bar.

  • Compatible with 21ml Beer Gas cartridges and standard unthreaded 16g CO2 cartridges.
  • Ideal for use with creamer/restrictor discs in stout taps or spouts, such as Ultratap, Intertap and Nukatap taps.
  • Ensures rich, creamy pour by safely tapping at 2-3 bar (30-45 PSI) without the risk of overcarbonation due to the nitrogen content.

Instructions for use:

  1. Carbonate your beer with CO2 to the desired level (1.2 - 1.7 CO2 vol for nitro stouts).
  2. Disconnect the CO2 and attach the mini-regulator with a 21ml beer gas cartridge.
  3. Adjust the pressure to achieve the desired creamy pour.
  4. Pour the beer into a glass, fill it about 75%. Let the foam settle for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Open the tap partially to slowly top up the glass.
