We are now pleased to present a brand new series of products for the Norwegian market. Here we have briefly explained the brewing beer kit for you, so that you only need to ferment and bottle the beer.

Barth Haaze X 1.0
Barth Haaze X is another fantastic collaboration with David Kerr of Barth Haas himself, who is also known as the former brewer at the renowned Northern Monk. This fresh wort kit is a juicy, tropically delicious NEIPA with generous amounts of Mosaic and Azacca . The hops have been selected based on their wonderful interaction in a balance we think everyone will love!

Barth Haaze fresh wort kit is brewed with large amounts of low color golden promise malt, and is water-adjusted to the correct NEIPA style. A little lactose and maltodextrin are used for sweetness balance and body.

Style: New England IPA

Alcohol content: approximately 6%.
IBU: approx. 50 – above medium bitter. Color: 9 EBC - straw yellow

Contains ready-brewed wort for 20 liters of beer

Instructions:

1. Pour the wort into your fermentation vessel
2. Top up with clean water to 20 liters total volume.
3. Add yeast
4. Put on lid and yeast lock
5. Follow the included instructions regarding recommended fermentation temperature and addition of hops.

Including:
Yeast: Lallemand LalBrew New England
Dry hops: Mosaic and Azacca

Ferment at approx. 20°C. Dry hops are added according to the description on the hop bags.

Add 6g of sugar per liter of beer when bottling, and let it carbonate at 20-28°C for about 14 days before storing in a cool place.
